1. The main step is to check and replace the seal. The sealer is a rubber product and after a long time it loses its properties, decreases, becomes hard. A new, softer and thicker seal renews your windows and prevents the penetration of cold and noise into your home. 

2. The next important step is the replacement of hinges that have served their service life. Usually, such hinges press the opener to the frame not properly. Often, when installing large windows, companies save money and install too small hinges that are not able to withstand the weight of the window. In such cases, we replace the hinges with windows corresponding to the weight.
 
3. Replacement of locks. Often, when installing windows, in order to save money, window locks are installed too small, as a result, the corners of the windows do not hold and bend, from which cracks appear. 
Installing the correct size locks solves this problem 

4. Adjustment. This step is very important for the entrance doors. As an example, a very low position of sliding doors leads to the penetration of cold from above the doors, the french doors that have woken up also have cracks on top and need to be adjusted.
